Printing Your Academic Conference Posters

This service does not include class projects or posters for course assignments.

Beginning November 1, 2026, University Libraries will only print posters created using the Clearinghouse-approved poster templates listed below. Posters that do not use a Clearinghouse-approved template will not be accepted for printing.

Requirements

Allow 5 business days for printing.
Review our Poster Design and Printing Guide before submitting.
Use one of the conference poster templates and save as PDF.
Only PDF files are accepted. PowerPoint and other formats will not be printed.
Once submitted via the form below, your poster will be reviewed by the Clearinghouse.
Faculty submitting multiple posters for students should bundle requests.

Approvals & Costs

All posters require department chair and Clearinghouse approval. Poster printing charges are as follows:

Pick Up

You will receive an email confirmation when your poster is ready for pickup. Please contact our office with any questions.
