Student Health Insurance Plan

NIU offers its students a health insurance plan that protects students at school, at home, and while traveling or studying abroad.

Enrollment in the plan is automatic for students registered for 9 or more on campus hours and for all international students. Students who register for at least 6 hours on or off campus, may enroll in the plan by completing an enrollment form.
