Financial Reports: The Basics

This class covers how to interpret the financial reports generated by the Financial Management System. The reports include the Obligation report, the Period Detail report, the Personnel Services report, and the Financial Summary report. The department head or business manager can grant access to the FMS monthly reports upon completion of this class.

Queries for Business

The purpose of the class is to use Business queries to find out information about a purchase requisition, an Account Payable voucher, etc. This class requires departmental or business manager approval before attending the class. An approval form will be emailed to you after you register for this class. It will need to be completed and returned one week prior to the class to allow query authorization.
