The Bruker CCD X‐Ray Diffractometer is a single crystal diffractometer equipped with a CCD area dector and low temperature (liquid nitrogen stream) device. The X‐ray optics consist of the Mo K_α radiation, Ge momochromator and a MonoCap collimator. The resulting X‐ray wavelength is 0.71073 Å. The instrument can be used to determine structures of organic, inorganic, organometallic molecules and extended solids.
