The Office of the Bursar processes refunds on eligible credit balances. All refunds are mailed to the student's local address. Refund checks will only be mailed to a residence hall if is it added as your local address. If no local address is on file, the check will be mailed to the student's permanent address. If you have signed up for direct deposit, the amount will be deposited to the student's checking or savings account.
