Admission Requirements for NIU's Online Ph.D. in Instructional Technology
You’ll apply through the Graduate School. Your application materials will include:
- Transcripts
- Personal statement that supports your interest in the program
- Three letters of recommendation
- A writing sample that demonstrates research and writing skills. Examples of writing samples include, but are not limited to:
- An academic or professional writing sample that includes research and citations.
- An academic writing sample from a master’s degree program course.
