Professional Background
Prior to joining the Office of General Counsel, Tiffany served as Senior Counsel at Sears Holdings Corporation where she provided counsel and legal advice on transactional, regulatory and operational matters with respect to the marketing operations of Sears, Roebuck and Co. and Kmart Corporation. Before joining Sears, Tiffany was Vice President and Senior Counsel at HSBC – North America where she advised the consumer and mortgage lending and private label credit card business units on commercial transactions and compliance, legislative, litigation, contractual and operational matters.
