Professional Background
Tom comes to the Office of General Counsel with substantial career history which includes sales, operations and management. His law training was done with honors and emphasized trial law at Northern Illinois College of Law. Tom interned with the Kane County States Attorney and with our own office. His experience with the business world adds greatly to his law training. Tom has worked in collections, bankruptcy, employment issues, legal research and university contracting within the State of Illinois.
