Tips from Fellow Huskies

Makaia FeFee

Attending class regularly has benefited me a lot because it helps me stay on track and understand the material better. As a nutrition sciences major, a lot of what we learn builds on previous lectures, so being present makes it easier to keep up and not fall behind. It also gives me the chance to ask questions, participate and learn directly from my professors.

The advice I would give would be to continue to push through. There are a lot of challenges that come with being a college student, and a lot of the time, we try to deal with them ourselves. But I suggest using your resources. There are plenty of people on campus who can help you with whatever you need as a student.
