Admission & Financial Aid

The Office of Admission & Financial Aid invites you to explore your options at NIU College of Law. Our mission is to help you attain your goal of an affordable, quality legal education.

Interested individuals are encouraged to attend the many prospective student activities during the fall and spring semesters.

Prospective students can make appointments for individual visits to campus. Call toll-free at (800) 892-3050 or email us at lawadm@niu.edu.

The Admission staff assist and counsel prospective students not only on the particulars of the admissions process, but also on scholarships, loans, residency requirements, and housing. In addition to the full-time staff, the Office of Admission & Financial Aid has current law students serving as special assistants. They are available to speak with prospective students about student life and the rigors of law school.
