Registered Student Organizations

Student organizations needing to reserve meeting or event space in the HSC should complete the Event Registration Form on Huskie Hub to begin the reservation process.

Student Study Room Reservations

The Holmes Student Center has set aside multiple rooms for self-service reservations during business hours to provide students with private and readily accessible study space.

This process has been streamlined to maximize availability and convenience. As a result- there will be no audiovisual support available and strict adherence to appointment times will be enforced.

All study rooms will be cleaned by our Building Services team twice a day: before we open and from noon to 1 p.m. (reservations will not be available during this time). Sanitizing wipes will be provided for the user as well.
