This facility houses shared analytical instrumentation of the Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry at NIU.
We provide a variety of services to the Department and the University, as well as to outside users. The facility offers both analytical expertise and user training in spectroscopic techniques and instrumentation.
Available instrumentation includes NMR, FT-IR and UV-Vis spectrometers, circular dichroism, and elemental analysis (as a service).
