The following classes are offered periodically for the NIU Financial Management System:
This class demonstrates how to complete online forms used to order and to pay for goods and services.
Classes offered: Tuesday, November 10th from 9 - 10:30 AM
This class covers how to interpret the financial reports generated by the Financial Management System. Also included is completing online forms used to reclassify expenses and to invoice other departments on campus. The department head or business manager can grant access to the FMS monthly reports upon completion of these classes.
Classes offered: Thursday, November 12th from 9 - 11.00 AM
The purpose of the class is the use Business queries to find out information about a purchase requisition, an Account Payable voucher, etc. This class requires departmental or business manager approval before attending the class. There is also a special form to be completed and returned one week before the class begins.
