50th Anniversary Spring Gala Dinner: The Department of Public Administration in the 21st Century
More than 200 alumni, faculty, staff and friends gathered in the beautiful Cathedral Hall at the prestigious University Club in the Chicago Loop for the 50th Anniversary Celebration Gala Dinner. Our keynote speaker, The Honorable Tammy Duckworth, was joined by distinguished guests, including NIU’s new president, Douglas Baker, all of the emeritus MPA Directors (Agranoff, Banovetz, Esseks, Gabris, and Menzel) and many emeritus faculty. Generously sponsored by Christopher Burke Engineering, the gala featured a jazz trio before and after dinner, plenty of conversations, and excellent food.
