PSYC 546 Psychological Assessment of Children

Examination of the concepts and techniques relating to the clinical assessment of children from infancy through adolescence. Covers a variety of assessment techniques including standardized tests, behavioral observations, and parent inventories. Supervised practice in administering, interpreting, and reporting the results of intellectual and personality test batteries, and in evaluating the implications of their findings for the child’s functioning at home and at school.
