David Fish is the founding partner of Fish, Potter, Bolaños PC, an employment law firm with offices in Chicago and Naperville, Illinois. His practice focuses on representing employees in workplace disputes. He regularly litigates cases involving sexual harassment, wrongful termination, unpaid compensation, class actions and whistleblowers. David and his firm were given the Illinois State Bar Association's pro bono service award in 2022 for their commitment to providing free legal services to low-income and elderly clients.
