The 41st Annual Midwest Conference on Andean and Amazonian Archaeology and Ethnohistory

Northern Illinois University is pleased to host the 41st Annual Midwest Conference on Andean and Amazonian Archaeology and Ethnohistory. The conference will take place on Saturday, February 23rd and Sunday February 24th, 2013 in Cole Hall on the NIU campus. As is traditional, there will be an informal gathering on the evening of February 22nd for those who arrive the night before the meeting. The meeting is free and open to the public.

The 41st annual MCAAAE is sponsored by the NIU Departments of Anthropology, Geology and Environmental Geosciences, College of Liberal Arts and Sciences, School of Art, The Center for Latino and Latin American Studies, Institute for the Environment, Sustainability and Energy, and the Graduate School.

Organizers of the conference are: Dr. Justin Dodd, Geology and Environmental Geosciences and Dr. Winifred Creamer, Anthropology.
