Fitness to Go

Recreation and Wellness offers a variety of off‐site Group Fitness classes, lectures, workshops, presentations and workouts for employees and students including:

  • Yoga
  • Pilates
  • Personal training
  • Boot camp
  • High-intensity interval training (HIIT)
  • Zumba
  • Kickboxing
  • Cooking classes and other nutrition services
