Protecting the Pack Student Training
August 12, 2020
As the start of the fall semester quickly approaches, I’m looking forward to welcoming back our Huskie family. I know these unusual times have been challenging for many of you, but we’re committed to helping you get the most out of your NIU experience.
When we return, things will look and feel different. No doubt about it. But Huskie pride has never been stronger. As a pack, we must keep driving forward as a community of respect, compassion and kindness.
Each of us must take personal responsibility to protect one another and keep our Huskie family healthy. This includes educating yourself about our Protecting the Pack protocols and pledging to do your part this fall to promote the health and well-being of the NIU community.
ALL STUDENTS MUST COMPLETE THIS ONLINE TRAINING MODULE PRIOR TO COMING TO CAMPUS:
It’s essential that ALL STUDENTS complete the training – those living on or off campus and those taking online, face-to-face or hybrid classes.
The training will ensure that you and others have the knowledge and tools needed to promote a healthy return to campus. You’ll learn what Protecting the Pack means and commit to our values and expectations for health and wellness this year. For most students, it will take about 30-45 minutes to complete your training.
By following health rules, you’re helping us combat COVID-19 in our community—and helping us return to normal sooner.
Forward, Together Forward
