Program Prioritization Data Tips

The following tips have been compiled and are shared for program authors providing program write-up narratives and supplemental data as part of the Program Prioritization process.

Prioritization Plus Data System

  • Recommendation browser is Chrome
  • Prioritization Plus takes a few minutes to refresh after selecting the question, so please be patient


  • Use simple fonts – suggested fonts Calibri or Times New Roman
  • Bullets and numbered lists are supported
  • Bold and italics font formatting are supported in Chrome


  • One table permitted per question using the Prioritization Plus table wizard – 5 rows by 7 columns
  • In the table, use the fiscal year as the row titles in the first column
  • To refresh tables, select another question and then come back to the original question

Images (Charts, Diagrams, etc.)

  • One image per question
  • Maximum size is 1 MB
  • Recommended dimension is 500 pixels wide by 400 pixels high, .jpg or .gif file

Program Write-up Reports

  • Printable format is PDF
  • Export institutional data format is .CSV or Excel
  • Preview your program narrative at least once before it is approved
