670 Labor Law (3)

An examination of labor relations in the private sector; the means by which a union secures bargaining rights, unfair labor practices, preemption of state regulation of labor relations, arbitration and the enforcement of collective bargaining agreements, private actions to redress discrimination in representation, and the labor exemption from the coverage of federal antitrust legislation.

This elective course is normally offered every year.
