Everyone has customer service skills, but sometimes when there is frustration or irritation in a situation or not knowing information that it can become a barrier to delivering the best customer service you can. Customer Service workshops are developed to help you overcome barriers, refresh your skills, enhance your current skills, and manage your stress in uncomfortable situations. Individual coaching is also available to assist employees.
