Update on State of Illinois Health and Dental Claims Payment Delay

In November 2017, Human Resource Services provided an update regarding the impact of the State of Illinois’ bond issue on the health and dental claims payment delay.  Central Management Services has recently updated their website to include detailed information on the backlog of claims payments.  Please visit and monitor the following link for information on when payments have been released to each of the self-insured vendors:
