Action Plan

  • Vice Presidents and Deans:
    • A list of impacted positions as of 05/15/2016 was sent to Vice Presidents and Deans on August 1, 2016.  This list should be reviewed.
    • Continue to work with Human Resources to ensure employees are currently classified appropriately.  Meetings are/will be scheduled with each area. 
    • Analyze the impact for your unit. There is no one centralized solution for the implementation of these regulations. It will depend on the unit and sometimes the position in terms of approach.  Work with Human Resources for assistance with determinations.
    • Watch for continued communications on this topic from administration.
  • Employees:
    • We are in the process of determining exactly who will be impacted and how they will be impacted.  We are doing this as quickly as possible.  Once this process is completed, there will be direct communication with all impacted employees.
