Qi Gong

Qi Gong (or Chi-Kung) is a precursor of Tai Chi. This class is for ages 12 and older. It focuses on 24 postures divided into three sets. These exercises renew energy and release tension. They can also help you relax and concentrate before a performance. You can do the exercises all at once or spread them out throughout your day.
