Purpose
This record series consists of letters sent to individuals notifying them of a position opening at the University. Those who receive the letters are asked to respond that they are interested, not interested, or remove name from the list. This file also includes forms for taking names off the list when they receive employment.
Procedure
Retain in office for five (5) years, then dispose of providing no litigation is pending or anticipated.
