Intern at Entreamigos in San Pancho, Mexico on the Pacific Coast just north of Puerto Vallarta

Entreamigos is a non-governmental organization (NGO) that runs a variety of community support activities, including environmental ones, in San Francisco de Nayarit, Mexico (known as "San Pancho") on the Pacific Coast an hour north of the resort town of Puerto Vallarta.

Entreamigos relies on student interns from several universities to initiate and complete a variety of projects. Entreamigos was founded by an American, Nicole Swedlow, sister of ESE Faculty Associate Brendon Swedlow.

NIU and other students discuss their experiences interning at another NGO in the area in this video.
