Before You Arrive
Around your start date, you'll complete online orientation for new NIU employees. You’ll need to fill out some paperwork before you complete online orientation. We also encourage you to review some additional information that will help you prepare for orientation and your new position.
Required Paperwork
To access the required documents, log in to the NIU Onboarding Portal using the information you received in your Welcome to NIU email. When you’ve submitted the paperwork, we’ll email you a link to online orientation.
