This course is designed primarily for exempt and nonexempt level HR professionals seeking SHRM-CP® or SHRM-SCP® certification. Candidates for certification must meet the eligibility criteria established by the SHRM Certification Commission.

Our courses are tailored to meet the needs of adult learners. This program requires 10-12 hours of independent study each week in addition to the classroom session. Students are expected to complete readings, review lectures and complete other activities before each class.
