Donate Your Body to Medical Science

Northern Illinois University's Department of Biological Sciences has maintained its own body donor program since 1990. Bodies obtained through this program are used to support our undergraduate and graduate anatomy courses. Many of the students enrolled in our undergraduate courses plan to pursue medical careers. Our graduate course serves physical therapy doctoral students and Human Anatomical Sciences graduate students. Thank you for your interest in, and consideration of, Northern Illinois University's body donation program.

Please note: Northern Illinois University cannot be responsible for the transportation of bodies to DeKalb. This cost must be paid out of the donor's estate.
