Room Reservation

Tems and Conditions

The use of the room(s) are restricted to NIU students/staff members and their guest. It is your responsibility to leave the room clean with all furniture in its original location. This includes:
  • Kitchen
    • Counter and sink must be cleaned and clear of dishes, food items, etc.
    • Refrigerator should be clean and empty of personal food.
    • Microwave is to be cleaned and wiped down, if necessary
  • Classroom
    • Trash must be emptied from basket and placed in nearest dumpster.
    • White board is to be wiped clean after us.
    • Computer equipment is to be shut down after use.
    • Tables and chairs should be back in the order it was found it.
    • No food or drinks allowed in this area (with the exception of water).
  • Computer Lab
    • Tables and chairs should be back in the order it was found it.
    • Paper should be recycled in the bin.
    • No food or drinks allowed in this area (with the exception of water).
  • Patio
    • Grill must be cleaned properly after use.
    • Clean up food and other trash from the area.

Any damages to the room(s) and or/ its furnishing including failure to clean facilities will be assessed to student/staff bursar account and rights to reserve rooms may be revoked.

No minors (under age 18) allowed without adult supervision. Smoking and alcohol is not allowed.
