Internship and Foreign Study Opportunities

Opportunities for internship experience are regularly provided through the university’s office of Career Services.  These experiences include, but are not limited to, work with graphic and package design firms, advertising agencies, publishers and printers, computer graphic offices, post-production houses, and museums and galleries.  Information about student opportunities offered through Career Services may be viewed at:

Through the university’s Division of International Programs, students may take advantage of either short- or long-term study opportunities abroad.  In cooperation with International Programs, the School of Art has offered foreign study tours each year, directed by faculty members in art. Currently, two ongoing study tour opportunities each year include “Exploring Contemporary Graphic Design and Design Education in Poland” in association with the Academy of Fine Arts in Katowice, Poland, and a resident experience during the summer in Rome, Italy.
