Complaint Resolution

The purpose of the Complaint Resolution process is to address and resolve workplace issues in a manner that maintains and promotes positive working environments that are consistent with legal and professional standards. As the university is committed to maintaining an educational/employment atmosphere that is free from all forms of discrimination, harassment, unfair treatment and retaliation, all employees and students are strongly encouraged to utilize the internal complaint resolution processes to address conduct that may violate applicable university policies and/or procedures. Note: the Faculty Staff Grievance process has relocated to Human Resource Services.
