If requesting group is meeting other than normal office hours (M-F 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.) arrangements need to be made in advance for access to the building.

WRC Regulations:

  • Any refreshments served or equipment needed must be provided by requesting group and cleared away before leaving the building.
  • All chairs and furnishings must be returned to their original placement.
  • Turn off all lights.
  • Make sure doors are secure before exiting building if meeting after hours.
