The Web Team assists with:
- resizing and optimizing photos for the Web
- creation of custom collage images
- coordination of photo shoots with Media Services
Custom Photography Services
Media Services generously supports the Web Presence Project by shooting the bowed features photos free of charge for departments or offices moving their sites to the new templates.

- All requests for custom photography are coordinated by Rachel Turner, Assistant Director for Creative Services in the Office of Public Affairs. Rachel works with clients to determine the type and number of photos that are needed and coordinates the photo shoots with Media Services' photographers.
- Studio portraits are not considered part of the Web Presence Project. Portraits should be arranged through Donald Butler, photographic supervisor, at 815-753-6671. Departments will be charged for studio portraits.
