Font Installation and Use
Installing the Font Files
- Download the font Zip file to your computer and extract the files
- Select all THREE files (COPRGTHB.TTF, FUTURAM.TTF, FUTURAH.TTF) within the extracted folder. With the files highlighted, right-click on one of the file icons and select “copy” from the pop-up menu
- Next click on the windows “start” menu and select “settings” and then “control panel”
- Locate the “Fonts” folder
(If the header above the right reads “Pick a category” you will need to change to click on the link in the left column that says “Switch to Classic View”)
- Double-click on the “fonts” folder to open it
- Right-click in the folder (somewhere in white space) and select “paste”
- Font installation of Copperplate Gothic Bold, Futura MD BT, Futura Heavy BT is complete!
Using the Fonts in Web Images
- Use Copperplate Gothic Bold for primary text
- Futura Heavy BT and/or Futura MD BT can be used in place of Copperplate for secondary or larger blocks of text
