Morgan Fogarty is from St. Charles, Illinois, where she began her dance training at the St. Charles School of Dance and Lou Conte Dance Studio. Her training also includes intensives with River North Chicago Dance Company, Parsons Dance Company and Amy Marshall Dance Company.
Morgan received a BFA in dance from the University of Kansas in 2007. At KU, while keeping a strong emphasis in both ballet and modern, she also thoroughly studied and performed Bharatanatyam, Flamenco and Baroque Dance. Additionally, she had the pleasure of performing works of the Cohan/Suzeau Dance Company, William Whitener, Carl Corry, Jose Limon (reconstructed by Sarah Stackhouse), Kate Skarpetowska, Patrick Corbin and Wally Cardona.
After graduating, Morgan toured and collaborated extensively with New York based companies; Amanda Selwyn Dance Theater, KerPlunk Dance, Laura Peterson Choreography and Corbindances.
