
Organized panels composed of three or four scholars presenting formal papers and one or two discussants will be scheduled into two and one half hour time slots.
Panel organizers must include the following information
- Title of the Panel
- Conference theme(s) related to the Panel
- Name, institution, address and email address of the panel organizer
- Abstract (250 words or less) describing the Panel as a whole
and- Title of each Paper
- Name, institution, address and email address of each paper presenter
- Abstract (250 words or less) for each paper
and- Name, institution, address and email address of additional discussants
Procedures and Timelines
- Please submit proposals in English before November 30, 2004.
- To submit proposals electronically, send preferably a Microsoft Word file (document) in an email as an attachment to thaiconf@niu.edu.

- Abstracts of panels, roundtables and individual papers and full versions of conference papers will be collected for distribution at the conference. These final versions of abstracts and papers must be submitted by March 1, 2005 to assure distribution at the conference.
