The Production Staff is comprised of the Stage Crew and the Hospitality Crew.
Stage
The PPS Stage Crew can provide the following:
Equipment* :
- Theatre/Decorative Lighting
- Stages
- Public announcement system
- Sound systems (through contractors)
- Generator
Services:
- Load-in and Load-out
- Stage/sound/lighting set-up
- Sound and light board operation
- Basic labor for events
*Our equipment is checked for safety regularly, and our outside contractors are very experienced in production here at NIU.
Hospitality
The PPS Hospitality Crew can provide the following:
Equipment:
- Transportation (limousine, mini or full-size van, sedan, etc.)
- Coffee makers
- Towels
- Utensils and dinnerware
- Coolers
- Grill/ roasters
- Serving trays
Services:
- Shopping and arrangement of meals
- Pick-up and drop off of artists
- Arrangement of accommodations
- Set-up and take-down dressing rooms
- Laundry service
- Arrangement of catering
