Compostion
The Leadership Advisory Board is chaired by the Associate Director for Leadership and Volunteerism. The Assistant Vice President for Student Life and the Director of the Department of Student Involvement & Leadership Development serve as ex-officio members.
Also serving the board are:
1 Upper-Level Academic Administrator
1 CAHE Faculty Member
1 Non-CAHE Faculty Member
1 Student Affairs Staff Member from outside the Department of Student Involvement & Leadership Development
1 Career Services Staff Member
7 Student Members (One each from the SA, CAB, RHA, and Greek Life; 3 via an open application process).

Terms of Appointment
All faculty and staff members of the Leadership Advisory Board serve for 2 years with staggering terms (1/2 of the faculty and staff seats transitioning each year). The 7 student members are appointed annually.
