Student Involvement & Leadership Development (SILD) is pleased to announce a new leadership initiative aimed to provide peer leadership consultants for student organizations. Undergraduate peer leadership consultants will be selected and trained to provide support to any student organization seeking help in areas such as:
Writing a Constitution
Creating a Vision and Mission
How to Run an Effective Meeting
Bugdeting and Fundraising
Marketing and Collaborating
Use of Social Media
How to Retain Members
And Many More!
Consultation session will start Spring 2013.
SILD has begun the recruitment process of identifying and inviting interested undergraduate students to consider and apply to become an undergraduate peer leadership consultant. This volunteer leadership position will assist in the preparation, development, and facilitation of leadership development programs, workshops and events.
