SOCIAL EVENTS POLICY

NIU students will not be allowed into the event without submitting their NIU OneCard.

NIU students are allowed to bring one (1) guest. The guest must be enrolled at another college or university. The guest must provide their COLLEGE and STATE ID in order to be admitted into the event. 

NIU students are held responsible and will be held accountable for their guest’s actions.

NIU students must be with their guests at all times.

Performers are allowed four (4) non-student guests. Performer’s guests must present a form of picture ID.

NIU alumni are allowed to bring one(1) non-student guest.

Anyone under the age of 18 will not be allowed into the sales event.

EPS TERMS and AGREEMENTS

Event Production Services must be contacted no less than two (2) weeks prior to event.  EPS reserves the right to add additional fees if contacted less than two (2) weeks in advance.

Any costs provided on this form are only estimates and may include additional charges.

Services and equipment are available on a FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE basis.

EPS reserves the right to refuse any requests based on previous commitments, late requests, or worker safety.

Services are not officially reserved until this form is approved by an EPS staff member and an AR letter is submitted.

EPS requests that the organization representative be present throughout the entire event.

The sponsoring organization/group is responsible for full payment of EPS services and equipment at the time the bill is received.
