Dolby Award for the Enhancement of Diversity - Recognizes the student, faculty, or staff member from NIU most actively involved in enhancing the division's commitment to diversity on campus. This individual will embody the division's core value of "establishing an inclusive community." This award recognizes inclusion efforts related to racial, ethnic, ability, sexual orientation, and gender identity diversity. Involvement may be an assigned part of the nominee's job responsibilities or be voluntary service.

Harry J. Canon Fellowship in Student Affairs & Enrollment Management - Supportive Professional Staff and Operating Staff professionals with at least one year of NIU work experience have the opportunity to gain practical experience in a different University department in order to broaden their skills and span of knowledge.
Ruth Haddock Award for Professional Development - Recognizes one Student Affairs & Enrollment Management SPS or Operating Staff professional who has made outstanding contributions beyond his/her position responsibilities to colleagues' professional development, thereby enhancing the quality of professionalism in Student Affairs & Enrollment Management.

Student Affairs & Enrollment Management Outstanding Graduate Assistant Award - Recognizes one graduate assistant in the division who has made an outstanding contribution to Student Affairs & Enrollment Management through departmental involvement and a commitment to diversity, leadership, and professional development. This individual will also exemplify a successful academic and work balance.
A minimum GPA of 3.5 is required.

Student Affairs & Enrollment Management Outstanding New Professional Award - Recognizes two Student Affairs & Enrollment Management professionals who have made outstanding contributions toward achieving departmental goals, divisional goals, and Student Affairs & Enrollment Management's core values.
Open to Student Affairs & Enrollment Management staff members with between six months and three years of full-time professional experience; must be at least half-time.

Student Affairs & Enrollment Management Outstanding Operating Staff Award - Recognizes an Operating Staff professional who provides outstanding student-centered service; who supports departmental goals, divisional goals, or Student Affairs & Enrollment Management's core values; who demonstrates professionalism and enthusiasm in daily interactions with staff and other offices; and who consistently assists others beyond position responsibilities.
