PRE-MEETING PRESENTATION 9:00-10:00 in ALTGELD 203, Student Panel on Campus Climate Issues
Both Task Forces Initially Meet in Room 203 at 10 a.m.

    1. Welcome and Announcements
    2. Overview by Douglass and Changnon on Overarching Goals of the Two Task Forces
    3. Break, Task Force on Curricular Innovation moves to Altgeld 225
    4. Each Task Force will Review Their Goals and Make Changes as Needed
    5. Summary (where we are, where we need to be February 29th)
      1. Are there resources that subgroups need (e.g., people on/off campus they need to discuss their issues with, travel to meetings, various publications—communicate that quickly to the Chairs)?
      2. Revised goals and related strategies/initiatives need to be finalized and submitted to Task Force Chairs (in an email attachment) by Feb. 22
      3. First drafts of subgroup reports need to be submitted to Task Force Chairs by March 7.
