Hello everyone:
My name is Tyler Shaw and I am a graduate student at the University of Cincinnati, mentored by Dr. Joel Warm. The purpose of this email is to inform you of a conference that you may find particularly interesting.
The "Conference on The Science and Applications of Perception Psychology" will be held May 15-16, 2008 at the Vernon Manner Hotel in Cincinnati, Ohio. This conference also doubles as a Festschrift honoring Dr. Joel Warm’s academic and professional achievements.
Dr. Warm is an honorary life member as well as a past president of SSPP. It is because of this long history with SSPP that we (the conference organizers) thought the society could assist with advertising the event by sending a brief advertisement (attached) via an email listserv or maybe even dedicating a small portion of the society’s website to the event.
Attached you will find a brief advertisement that contains the conference website and additional information. Any help you can offer in the way of advertising to the SSPP community and your respective departments who know Dr. Warm or have an interest in the subject matter would be very much appreciated.
Please feel free to contact me if you have questions.
Thanks in advance,
|

However, we also welcome information on sources (archives, books, etc.), old photos in whatever condition currently available, and reproductions.
