Course Description
Quantum mechanics; linear vector spaces,
operators, and the formal structure of quantum theory; elementary
treatment of simple systems; matrix mechanics; angular momentum and
spin, time independent and dependent perturbation methods,
variational principle; applications to simple atoms and molecules.
