Risk Management is responsible for reporting claims to the university's insurance carriers and manages said claims, including those that remain within the self-insured retentions (deductibles). Please complete the incident reporting form (below) if you wish to report an accident or occurrence to the office of Risk Management.
If you wish to report an automobile accident, please contact the Athletics Business Office at athleticsbusinessoffice@niu.edu if the vehicle involved is part of the Wheel Club. For all other automobile accidents, contact Transportation Services for reporting purposes at transportation@niu.edu.
