Risk Management will process claim history requests for current or former students and employees in a healthcare or other professional field. Potential employers often seek insurance coverage and claim histories for new hires, and this information is maintained in the office of Risk Management.
Please forward any requests to riskmanagement@niu.edu with the individual’s dates of enrollment or employment, program of study or position details, and the requesting organization’s contact information. The office of RM will provide communication directly to the site and remain within compliance of the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA).
