The Student Association requires completion of paperwork at the beginning of each semester to begin or continue as a recognized sport club at NIU. The following forms and information can be found on the SA website:
Prior to making contact with potential or former club members and/or requesting facility/field space for practices, Recreation Services requires that all sport clubs complete and submit the following at the beginning of each semester to the Assistant Director for Intramural Sports and Sport Clubs:
*Upon review of submitted paperwork, the club will be contacted by the Sport Clubs graduate assistant to secure facility space as requested on the Facility Reservation Form.
