Meetings are scheduled for all overnight and extended trips.
Attendance at pre-trip meetings is required.
Special circumstances may exempt a participant from attending a pre-trip meeting, but arrangements must be made with the Assistant Director, Outdoor Adventures or Graduate Assistant prior to the scheduled meeting date.
Sessions will include important information about trip schedules, equipment, health information, basic skills, and some pre-trip training.
